For government, the NHS and public health

Frontline medicine, and the reach to be heard

I’m a practising NHS doctor who has worked with TikTok and the Department of Health and Social Care on medical misinformation, with the UN-backed Team Halo on COVID-19 vaccines, and at 10 Downing Street on HIV testing.

How I can help

What I bring

I’m on a clinical rota, so I see the effect of policy on patients every week, and I can explain it to the people it’s meant for.

Health communication and misinformation

How health information spreads on social platforms, and how to get accurate messages to the people who need them, from TikTok’s Clinical Creator Council and Team Halo.

Public health messages

Fronting clear health messages for younger audiences, from sexual health and HIV testing to screening and careers in health and social care.

Frontline insight

Urgent and emergency surgical care, frailty, perioperative medicine and patient flow, from a Chief Resident who has cut time to decision on his own unit.

Roundtables, panels and evidence

Expert input to roundtables, advisory groups, consultations and evidence sessions, with a clinician’s view of what will work on a ward.

Workforce and education

Senior Medical Tutor at Keble College, Oxford, and five years on medical school interview panels: how doctors are selected and trained.

AI in healthcare

Published research on AI-assisted imaging, and first-hand experience building AI-assisted medical apps, including where they go wrong.
