Who we are
This website and Dr Nathan Spence’s partnership, media, speaking and advisory work are run by Med Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14915054), registered office 52a Cherwell Street, Oxford, OX4 1BG. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us about it at hello@drnathanspence.com.
This notice doesn’t cover Nathan’s NHS clinical work. His NHS employer is responsible for patient information. Please don’t send us anything about your own health: we can’t advise on your care.
What we collect and why

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
- Our website host, Netlify, which delivers the site and passes enquiry-form messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider, Microsoft.
- Nathan’s agent, where an enquiry is about a brand partnership or media work they manage.
- Our accountants and professional advisers, and HMRC or others where the law requires it.
Some of these providers process information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the UK’s approved data transfer contract terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to work: up to two years after we last heard from you. Contracts, correspondence and accounting records: six years after the work ends, as the law on records and claims requires. Hosting logs: a short time, normally no more than 30 days.
Cookies and storage
This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you choose light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It isn’t sent to us. Links to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop or limit how we use it. You can object to our use of it at any time. Email hello@drnathanspence.com and we’ll reply within a month. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We’ll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
